Credit Card Policy: Please be aware that your credit card is charged the second you please your order. If an order is placed on backorder the charge has already been applied to your credit card.
WARRANTY / RETURN POLICY: Aspetto.com stands behind every product sold!! When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully and contact us if there are any problems. We will exchange your item for the same item, or an in-store credit. There are No Cash Refunds No Exceptions. To receive credit for a returned item, you must contact us within 3-days of receiving the shipment. We will issue a return authorization number. You must have a RAN number for the return. Item must be returned before new item will ship. All return postage is paid by customer unless we inform you of a postage refund / credit. If package is returned by customer or refused the shipping and handling charges are not credited. Wholesale purchases are final sales, there are no returns and no refunds and no credits of any kind for any reason. SORRY WE CANNOT REFUND SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES, OR RETURN POSTAGE.
NOTE: Music and other CD’s are only returnable for the same CD. If you would receive a defective CD, we will stand behind the product by exchanging it with the same CD title you originally purchased. Personalized items cannot be canceled nor returned, but will be replaced if there is a spelling error we made versus what you submitted for print.
Wholesale Policy: Wholesale orders are governed by all information on this page. Wholesale purchases are a special ordered so as not to diminish our stock. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks to place your order and another week to receive your order. Remember this is just a guide line. Once a wholesale order is placed it cannot be canceled for any reason. Once a wholesale order is placed there are no returns or refunds of any kind. Wholesale purchases are final sales, there are No Returns, No Refunds and No Credits of any kind for any reason. There are no refunds of shipping cost on wholesale orders for any reason.
Aspetto.com is not responsible for items damaged due to improper care or misuse of any item. Please read all warnings, information tags and garment care tags to ensure that damage or shrinkage does not occur.
To arrange a return, please contact us by E-mail: sales@Aspetto.com Include your name, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the problem. We will contact you with a return authorization number and a return address. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, however we will cover the additional shipping fees if we are sending you a replacement due to a damaged product. There will be a 15% Restocking Fee for all returned items no exceptions.
SHIPPING POLICY: Aspetto.com utilizes the US Postal Service, Priority Mail Service to ensure that your order arrives promptly. For all orders, we reserve the right to utilize alternate shipping services when necessary due to package weight or size. All Shipping & Handling Charges are Non Refundable. International customers are subject to additional shipping fees based on the weight and destination of the order. International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs. If an international shipment is returned back to us because it was refused, or you will not pay the fees through customs, as you know the shipping charges are Non Refundable for the order and a 15% Restocking Fee will be applied.
