Send us 50 of your family photos or any 50 photos,
35mm film or slides of your choice. We will covert your photos
to a digital image and add them to a Custom Slide Show put to your choice of music. We will scan each photo to include into
a Custom Slide Show. We will install the photos into the slide
show in the order that you request and add the music of your choice. All photos will be returned to you with your
CD, DVD or Blu-ray Personalized slide show.

What you need to send us:

1) Include your 4 digit order number on all correspondence:
   (Example 2201)

2) 25 photos; numbered on the back in the order that they are to appear      in the slide show (write the numbers on the back of each photo)  
     add two (2) additional photos Numbers (26 & 27)

3) Music: Please choose one song plus an alternate song, include the           artist name and song that you would like to have incorporated
     into your slide show.

4) Two ways to send your photos and list of music. by E-mail or by US        mail. Please include your order number along with 27 photos with
     your choice of music and artist name. Please include your Name, Full      Address with zip code, and phone number.
