Shortly after closing on a DoD Health IT service provider, Aspetto, Inc’s Merger, and Acquisition (M&A) team remains full speed ahead with its most recent acquisition of INTECON, LLC.

Aspetto, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of INTECON, LLC. (Integrity Consulting), which will significantly strengthen and broaden Aspetto’s technical and professional service offerings.

Established in 1999, INTECON provides proven Information Technology and Advisory & Assistance services to Federal Civilian (FedCiv), Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and Commercial customers. INTECON explicitly brings with it 23 years of past performance across the United States, Korea, and the Middle East in the areas of Software Design and Development Solutions, Cyber Security, Systems/Software/Network Engineering, LAN/WAN Network Design and Implementation (NIPR, SIPR, DRSN, CENTRIXS), Server Virtualization and Cloud Computing, Data Center Design, Development, and Construction, Knowledge Management, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), SATCOM, and Training & Documentation.
